“Is the Eucharist REALLY Jesus Body and Blood?”

Bible Verse: John 6:56 Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like that which your ancestors ate, and they died. But the one who eats this bread will live forever."

1. Do you think it is common belief among Catholics, that the Bread and Wine are the real presence of Jesus Body and Blood?

2. If that really is JESUS, what ramifications should that have?

3. The idea of loving someone so much that we would give our lives for them, as though we were to become their food, where else do we see that happening in life?

4. Can God become food if he wants to? WOULD God become food?
